CORAL SPRINGS, Flordia -- At least 29 golfers with Wisconsin ties have been named Women's Golf Coaches Association All-American Scholars, the association announced Wednesday.

There were 952 women's collegiate golfers nationwide who met the criteria of having at least a 3.5 cumulative grade-point average. The WGCA, founded in 1983, is a non-profit organization representing women’s collegiate golf coaches in all three divisions of collegiate golf.
