Madison Edgewood senior Karl Gilmore shot rounds of 73 and 40 in the weather-shortened, 27-hole WIAA Division 2 state tournament in 2019. His 5-over-par 113 total was good for a sixth-place finish and, combined with older brother James (tied for third), helped the Crusaders win their fourth WIAA state title in their 15th WIAA state tournament appearance.
